Your care continues beyond your release from White Mountain Regional Medical Center.
Throughout the billing process, WMRMC’s Business Office Patient Representatives
are dedicated to assisting you with billing questions.
WMRMC will bill your insurance company for hospital services. You are responsible for co-payments and deductible
amounts and for charges for services not covered by your health insurance. Your
hospital bill will be mailed to you after your discharge. You may also receive separate
bills from your doctor, radiologist or other doctors who may have been involved
in your care. If you are unable to pay for the services you require, Patient Representatives
are available to provide assistance. Cash, personal check or credit card may be
used to pay your portion of the hospital bill. We accept all major credit cards.
Hospital charges are itemized on the hospital statement and a Business Office Patient
Representative can assist you. To talk with a Patient Representative, please call
(928) 333-7150 or visit Frequently Asked Billing Questions.
