Why Join Our Program?
This program is designed to build confidence and capability in Future Registered Nurses (RNs) through real-world experience, personalized mentorship, and leadership development. It goes beyond orientation to help you grow in practice and purpose. You will gain experience in the nursing field as you continue to complete your Nursing degree.
Program Overview
The LPN Precepting Program is a unique opportunity for current Nursing students and WMRMC employees pursuing nursing careers. Participants receive clinical exposure in ER, Med/Surg, and occasionally Pre-op and PACU. The program provides LPNs with mentorship, feedback, and progressive responsibilities as students continue their nursing education, allowing future RNs to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.
