Respiratory Care Practitioner - PRN - Cardiopulmonary

The Respiratory Care Practitioner is a clinical position responsible for administering simple and complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedure that assist in the treatment and diagnosis of adult, pediatric and neonatal patients experiencing cardiopulmonary dysfunction in a prompt, accurate and reliable manner in accordance with applicable standards of care and practice, as well as, in accordance with White Mountain Regional Medical Center and Cardiopulmonary Department policy and procedures. Through collaboration with all members of the health-care team, strives to support a patient centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of the quality of patient services provided at WMRMC. 

This position is safety sensitive and subject to WMRMC's Drug & Alcohol Policy.

PRN position - Days and/or Nights - Non Benefitted

Required Licensees & Certifications
Respiratory Care Practitioner, State of Arizona Board of Respiratory Care Examiners
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
BLS, ACLS, PAS & NRP within 30 days of hire

Required Education
Associates Degree from an AMA approved Respiratory Therapy Program

Required Experience
Three (3) years’ clinical experience including critical care
